Shipping Information

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

  • UK Next Day Delivery: Shipping on small items £5.99

  • 2 Person Next Day Delivery: For items over 40kg 2 person delivery is required (room of choice and packing removed). 40kg - 100kg £49.99. 100kg - 200kg £79.99. 

  • Processing Time: We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery Time: Most UK orders are delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Delivery Partner: Orders are shipped directly from our UK-based supplier to your door.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays. We will keep you informed if any issues arise.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalised items, perishable goods, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14–21 working days.
