Welcome to Ella Maison LTD. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • Ella Maison LTD is an online home décor retailer based in the UK.

  • All products are sourced from UK-based suppliers and shipped directly to you.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Products & Availability

  • We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or supplier updates.

  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item you order becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery rates vary depending on weight.

  • Small item next day delivery £5.99 (items up to 40kg). Orders after 7pm will be processed the next working day.

  • 2 person next day delivery required for items over 40kg. Room of choice and packing removed. 40kg - 100kg £49.99. 100kg - 200kg £79.99. Orders after 7pm will be processed the next working day.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • We do not ship outside the UK.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds are processed within 14–21 working days of receiving and inspecting the return.

  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it must be returned in line with our returns policy.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. courier delays, extreme weather).

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss resulting from product use.
